Nokia has introduced its two handsets in Nokia Lumia Series with latest Windows phone 8 and these two were made available back to back in last month. Here, we have put lights on the different facets of these two Lumia in comparison language.
Nokia had stepped in the market with Windows platform last year when it had launched first Windows-powered Lumia 800 and then Lumia 900 was made available. In the same manner, Nokia has again come out with its two Lumia handsets in name with Lumia 820 and Lumia 920 with Windows 8 platform. Both the handsets are blessed with high-end features and technologies. Besides, you would find some amazing apps that have been designed in the Nokia’s lab and especially for these two gadgets.
Before going to have these two handsets in comparison way, we must know that the maker has made almost everything in the same way for the handsets and so you are not going to get any differences. Yet, these two have some technical comparisons. Let’s see!
Design
In terms of design, you would not find anything new in both handsets, if you have already got a Lumia before. But if you are new to it, you are going to get wide display with high-end features and some physical touch keys as well for some applications.
Nokia Lumia 920
With bent back and rounded edges, Nokia Lumia 920 has got 4.5 inches wide IPS TFT capacitive touch screen display that measures 768 x 1280 pixels. The handset has been moulded very firmly. With the help of polycarbonate, Lumia 920 gets strong chassis. Besides, the dedicated keys like Power, primary camera and volume keys have been made to make you contented. On the top, the handset has 3.5mm jack for headphones.
Nokia Lumia 820

Nokia has awarded both of its Lumia with Windows phones 8. As the experts say, these two are the first to run on Win 8.
Nokia Lumia 920
Nokia provides you with the opportunity to find Win phone 8 on your handset Lumia 920. Here, apart from numerous apps of Android and iOS, Windows 8 comes with large and shiny tiles in scrolling home screen that attracts the people. Being a Windows phone 8 handset, you would not find any differences between these two. Both carry same applications and features of OS.
Camera
Nokia Lumia 920:
Nokia Lumia 920 gets high-end primary camera measuring 8.7MP and it comes with Carl Zeiss optics. Besides, it has been also provided with a secondary camera with 1.3MP.
Nokia Lumia 820:
Here, it has also got the same camera quality with dual flash. But the secondary camera has not been provided more capacity. It is a VGA and hardly you would be availing more of it.
